Senior hands
on the hard parts.
I spend my days running engineering at Salla. A small number of engagements a year, through Sarmad Digital, let me work on the same problems in other companies — usually teams shipping fast who need someone to check the structure before the next release.
Architecture review
A second pair of senior eyes on the load-bearing parts: domain boundaries, data model, failure modes, and the decisions that get expensive to reverse.
- → Two-week review
- → Written findings, ranked by risk
- → Working session with your leads
AI agent systems
From demo to production: intent routing, tool design, guardrails, evaluation and the unglamorous parts — logging, retries, cost control, human handoff.
- → Agent design + evaluation plan
- → Reference implementation
- → Cost & latency budget
Engineering leadership
For new managers and leads: operating rhythms, decision records, hiring loops and how to keep shipping while the team grows.
- → 90-day plan
- → Weekly or bi-weekly sessions
- → Direct, unflattering feedback
How it works
Good fit
Series A to late-stage product teams, 10–150 engineers, dealing with scale, identity, payments, or an AI feature that needs to stop being a prototype. Arabic or English, remote by default.
Not a fit
Pure implementation work, staff augmentation, or anything where the answer has to be yes before the question is finished.
